- When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 7pm are usually dispatched the next working day by either express or standard delivery, depending on what you have selected at the checkout. If you need something extra quick then please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
- How can I make a change to my order?
If you need to adjust your order, please email hello@hackandhound.co.uk with your order number as the subject. Alternatively, please call 01239 723132. We will be more than happy to help.
- How do I return my order?
Head to our returns portal which is really easy to use, you will need to know your order number and the email address used at the checkout. Follow the prompts and download your returns label (or your postie can bring one to you if you don't have a printer). As always, if you need any help then get in touch!

- Where are you based?
In Wales! Pembrokeshire to be precise, and only 2 miles from the coast.
- Are your sizes 'true to size'?
Yes, choose your normal clothes size when buying from Hack & Hound. Our clothing has been tried and tested by women of all body shapes and sizes. If at any point you need help then just pop us an email or message and we will do our best to help.
- Can I have my items embroidered?
Certain items, yes! Saddle pads, blankets, hoodies and drying coats can all be embroidered with a name of your choice. Choose this option at the checkout or get in touch if you need some help.
All personalised embroidered items cannot be returned.
