Alpaca fibre is much softer and smoother than wool, it doesn't contain lanolin, making alpaca fleece naturally hypoallergenic and not in the slightest bit itchy or scratchy.
The fibre is resistant to external moisture penetration, meaning the moisture naturally wicks up and out of your shoe keeping your feet warm and dry.
These socks are great at wicking away moisture, and a dirty sock smell after a day of walking the trails, in fact, most people wash their Alpaca socks every 4 days!
